Return Policy

Byrna® launchers and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that aredamaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to thecustomer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requestedwithin ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) daysof the RMA issuance.

This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged ordefective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operationalissues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance withour limited warranty or repaired or replaced in accordance with ourunlimited warranty.

Change of Heart Policy

We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heartafter placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shippedproducts are accepted if Byrna is notified within fourteen (14) days of receiptof the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packagingand in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns aresubject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handlingcosts.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return MerchandiseAuthorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly written on theoutside shipping carton. Additionally, please place a copy of anycorrespondence regarding your return inside the carton.
